Pizzeria
Pizza POS system
A pizza order is not one item, it is a build. Half pepperoni, light sauce, extra cheese on the second half, and a garlic knot added after the check is already open. The register has to hold that without the crew retyping it into the kitchen, and the kitchen has to read it without guessing which half is which.
★Per-half, per-topping modifiers that reach the kitchen exactly as they were rung.
The order is right at the counter and wrong at the oven.
Most of the money a pizzeria loses to its POS is lost in translation: a modifier that could not be rung so it was shouted, a delivery taken outside the radius that ate an hour, an order retyped into a second screen. Every one of those is a remake or a refund, and none of them show up in a demo.
How it works
Simple where it counts.
Build the pie on one screen
Sizes, crusts, per-half toppings and modifier groups live on the item, so the crew taps the build instead of describing it.
It reaches the kitchen as rung
The kitchen display shows the same build the register captured. No handwriting, no second entry, no interpretation.
Delivery knows its own limits
Set a delivery radius on your storefront and orders outside it are refused before they are accepted, not after the driver leaves.
What’s inside
Everything this covers.
Modifiers that survive the rush
Modifier groups attach to the product, so a large pie offers what a large pie offers and nothing else. The crew is choosing, not remembering.
- Per-half and per-topping builds
- Modifier groups scoped to the item
- Prices follow the modifier, so the till and the ticket agree
Your own delivery, without the commission
Orders placed on your PatronWorks storefront are yours: no percentage to a marketplace, and the customer is your customer. Pickup and delivery are configured per store, with a radius that reflects how far you will actually drive on a Friday.
- No commission on your own online orders
- Delivery radius enforced at order time
- Driver app for the run itself
The delivery you already do, on your own terms
A pizzeria that already delivers does not need a marketplace to reach its own regulars. It needs an ordering page they can find and a radius that stops the order it should never have taken.
Good to know.
- Best for
- Pizzerias, by-the-slice counters, wing and pizza combos
- The hard part it solves
- Deep modifier builds reaching the kitchen intact
- Delivery
- Own storefront, radius per store, driver app
- Commission on your online orders
- None
Questions, answered.
Can it handle half-and-half toppings with different prices?
Yes. Toppings are modifier groups on the item, priced per modifier, so a half-and-half build prices and prints exactly as it was rung.
Do we need a separate tablet for delivery orders?
No. Orders from your storefront land in the same order list and kitchen display as counter orders.
What happens to an order outside our delivery radius?
It is refused at order time against the radius set on your storefront, rather than being accepted and then cancelled.
