Questions

The honest answers

What is a “terminal license”?

Each register (a Windows computer running the POS) is a licensed terminal, tied to its hardware. You decide exactly which machines can ring sales — no rogue laptops.

What hardware do I need?

A Windows register you probably already own, and the receipt printer behind your counter. Tablets work for order-taking. That’s it.

Do I need to buy new printers?

No. Our agent auto-senses whether your printer is a thermal receipt printer or a regular inkjet/laser and formats each receipt to match.

Is there a long-term contract?

Month-to-month. Add or drop terminal licenses as your business changes.

How does onboarding work?

We set your store up live on the demo call — your menu, your printer, your first crew member clocked in before we hang up.

Not sure which plan? That's what the demo is for.
