Restaurant directory

Order direct. The whole bill goes to the kitchen.

The PatronWorks directory indexes restaurants that take orders on their own storefront rather than through a marketplace. No 30% cut, no competitor's advert on the page, no basket that belongs to somebody else.

Every entry links to the restaurant's own ordering page.

The marketplace is not on your side.

Aggregators are excellent at one thing: renting you a customer who was already looking for dinner, then keeping a third of the ticket and the customer's details along with it. A directory of direct-ordering restaurants does the introduction and then gets out of the way — the guest lands on your page, orders from your menu, and becomes your customer record.

What a listing gets you.

A listing that orders direct

Your entry points at your own ordering storefront, not a marketplace basket. The guest orders from you, pays you, and the commission stays in your pocket.

🏷️

Your own address

Every store on PatronWorks gets its own address at yourgroup.patronworks.com — a real page to hand out, print on a receipt, or put on a menu.

📍

Found by the people nearby

Listings carry the things a hungry local actually filters on: where you are, what you cook, and whether you do pickup, delivery, or both.

🔄

Never out of date

The listing reads from the same menu and the same opening setup as your POS, so a menu change at the counter is a menu change in the directory.

Getting listed

Three steps to an entry.

1

Set up your store

Sign up, add your menu, and switch on online ordering. The same menu drives your register, your storefront, and your directory entry.

2

Publish your storefront

Your ordering page goes live at your own address, with pickup and delivery rules you set — including the radius you are willing to drive.

3

Get listed

Your restaurant is eligible for the directory once the storefront is live. Tell us you want in and we add the entry.

Questions, answered.

What is the PatronWorks restaurant directory?

It is the index of restaurants that take orders directly on PatronWorks. Each entry links to that restaurant's own ordering storefront rather than a marketplace, so the order — and the money — goes straight to the kitchen.

How do I get my restaurant listed?

Run your ordering storefront on PatronWorks. Once your store is live with online ordering switched on, get in touch and we add your entry. There is no separate listing fee.

Does a listing cost extra?

No. A directory entry comes with your PatronWorks store — it is part of the platform subscription, not an add-on or a per-order commission.

How is this different from a delivery marketplace?

A marketplace puts your restaurant next to twenty competitors and takes a cut of every order. The directory sends the guest to your own storefront, on your own address, with your own delivery rules — no commission, no rival ads on your page.

Can a restaurant group with several locations be listed?

Yes. Organizations group your stores with per-store logins and isolated data, and each location can carry its own entry with its own address, hours, and delivery radius.
